Senior Buyer.
We need a contract Senior Buyer for a project based in Oxfordshire for an initial 6 months paying a rate of £200 - £250 per day.
Title: Senior Buyer.
Location: Oxfordshire.
Duration: 6 months.
Rate: c£200 - £250 p/d neg on project and experience.
Start: ASAP up to April 2013.
SKILLS:
Proven experience as Senior Buyer within public sector, in particular in relation to delivering services and products within a competitive tendering environment. This to include managing suppliers, data management, buyer activities and guidance and leadership to customers.
You will need to be able to demonstrate senior buyer skills including:
-Tender management
-Audit governance
-Leadership within a public sector procurement environment
