Solution Architect - Software Solution Architect

My Client is looking for a Solutions Architect to join them Solution Architect Role & Responsibilities Objectives:

  • Own and manage application roadmaps and validate compliance or designs
  • Ensure the designed solution meets the business vision and requirements and is aligned to the Business Capability Model
  • Ensure consistency Flexibility, reusability and minimum complexity across systems and processes
  • Implement governance throughout solution Development and delivery
  • Ensure On-going Knowledge Transfer to and from delivery teams
  • Innovation- bringing new ideas and long term views to support business strategies
  • Analyse and progress the solution aspect of Ideas and Innovations
  • Focus on Enablement through Technology where applicable

Responsibilities:

  • Gain an understanding of a System. Its Component's and processes and the interfaces and Dependencies between the various System Component's including Legacy systems
  • Develop integrated high level designs/solution blueprints. Component inventories and application roadmaps for all applications
  • Work with the Business to assist them in choosing feasible solutions to match their requirements
  • Work with the Business Architects to provide innovative ideas to achieve the business objectives
  • Provide mapping for business requirements to system components
  • Develop High Level design documentation for approved concepts
  • High Level estimation to assist the feasibility/selection phase of a project
  • Work with the Enterprise Architect to identify package capabilities and appropriate solutions where gaps occur in the capabilities
  • Carry out impact assessments and estimation as part of the CR process
  • Work on Concept & Business Case Development
  • Plan for Capability Developments
