Leading international Retail Bank based in Utrecht, Netherlands is looking for a Service Desk Assistant for a minimum 8 months contract paying €300 per day. Dutch and English languages experience is a must. The role is due to start on 25th March and the deadline for submitting CV's is Monday 18th in the morning so please send your applications in ASAP.

Professional skills
* Understanding of Sales/Marketing/Customer services processes used within International Wholesale banking.
* Affinity with-and understanding of Customer Relationship Management & Master Data Management concepts
* Good training skills (organize and conduct training sessions)
* (General knowledge and awareness of ITIL)
* Capable of working under pressure on multiple issues at the same time
* Accuracy of work
* Ability to adapt when working together with both Front Office and IT/Ops (different roles/levels)
* Experience: working at financial institution for at least 1 year

Knowledge:
* Extensive knowledge of excel and SharePoint, preferably CRM systems
