Minimum of 10 years of testing experience that may include Testing tools, SIT, E2E, UAT testing, test data management, and other Testing project management deliverables. 
Strong knowledge in office tools such as Visio, MS Project, MS Project Server 2010, Powerpoint, Sharepoint,    Excel, etc. 
Knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures, testing methodologies and development life cycles 
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience on a large, complex project 
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Management Information Systems or equivalent 
Strong written, oral communication and analytical skills 
Healthcare systems testing experience 
Multi-disciplinary leadership capability, a strong customer focus, excellent people skills and the ability to develop a process driven organization 
A broad understanding of software delivery processes; expertise in program management methodologies, experience in client relationship management and an understanding of products and services 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (listed in order of importance):

Project Management (PMP) certification 
Experience in healthcare clinical systems domain 
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Management Information Systems or equivalent 
Background in applications used to deliver healthcare and a general understanding of the Healthcare delivery process 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Responsible for creating project status using tools such as Sharepoint, Visio, MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc. 
Create templates for various executive status for System Integration Testing, End to End Testing and UAT testing. 
Coordination of integration testing multiple applications teams. 
Coordinate with application test teams to create Test Plan and Test Summary for each application. 
Create necessary documentation as needed for SOX compliance and ICD-10 project 
Managing and escalating program/project issues. 
Act as point of contact between testing teams and project managers 
Coordinating all testing phases of the project delivery life cycle and providing program and individual project status reports and statistics 
Identify and analyze potential impacts to Legacy applications and project priorities of Client HealthConnect application or any other application changes and projects. Plan and execute effective coordination among these key stakeholder groups for Quality and Testing Services. 
Sustaining strong ongoing relationships with client project sponsors and senior management during projects. 
Participate and manage status meetings as required. 
Work closely with Lead PM/managers/PMO to obtain estimates and necessary approvals as required. 
Support and coordinate gathering on test data and environment requirements, coordinate development and sign off of the test documents among the various ancillary systems. 
Leadership ability to motivate, foster collaboration, set achievable objectives, maintain a positive outlook, take responsibility, make decisions and provide constructive feedback.
