SAP CRM Consultant - Dutch & French Speaking - Brussels, Belgium.
My client in Brussels, Belgium is looking for an SAP CRM Consultant.
The SAP CRM consultant should have relevant project experience of minimum 7 years in SAP CRM, with more than 3 entire CRM project life cycles. Project experience in a Utilities environment is a plus.
The client is starting a POC (Proof of Concept) project with SAP CRM 7 (EHP2) with an ECC6 Back End on EHP6. After a positive evaluation, an implementation phase could follow.
Technical and functional knowledge in the following domains are absolutely necessary. Account and contact management. Installed base management. CRM Service Processing. Complaint Processing. Contract management. Integrated Scenarios. Service analytics
Further details: A blue print has to be established based upon the available business requirements, while organizing workshops, interviewing key users and business experts. Detailed gap analyses have to be performed as well as defining interfacing specs for non-SAP system.
Other requirements. Expert SAP CRM customizing skills. Knowledge of SAP Mobile is a plus. Good technical documentation skills. Bilingual (Flemish/French) - English for documentation. Not a pure IT approach but also profound knowledge of CRM business processes
Start: 22nd April Month Contract. 3-5 Days/week. Location: Brussels, Belgium.
