CRM Functional Support Analyst, User support/training/CRM/Data/sales & marketing
We are currently looking for a strong support analyst top become involved in global projects who has experience of working within an operational support or system support environment at a financial institution for at least 1 year.
Activities:
User training & 2nd line support for the CRM system
Manage data deliveries and run data quality checks/data quality improvement projects
Manage system user administration (sign-on/role change/LACF recertification)
Experience required:
-Understanding of Sales/Marketing/Customer services processes used within banking.
-Affinity with- and understanding of Customer Relationship Management & Master Data Management concepts
-Good training skills (organize and conduct application training sessions)
-General knowledge and awareness of ITIL
-Capable of working under stress on multiple issues at the same time
