Introduction:
The Information System Services department is responsible for the operational activities of the entire ICT infrastructure. Within the IS Services department Advice Ordering and Installation is responsible for the fulfillment of change requests inside the ICT infrastructure. The majority of requests focuses on personal computers and software changes. The changes are performed in close operation with the business, and delivered in line with our service portfolio and SLA.. The team provides these services directly from within the team or coordinates the service delivery by third parties inside or outside the client

Position's main tasks:
The primary tasks are all change related operational activities that requested by our collegues.. TopDesk is our main registration system and all changes and assets are registered in this system. The Change Coordinator (Short: AV) receives the change requests in Topdesk, checks them for clarity, policy, and feasibility of the request. The AV initiates approval processes and starts the purchase process if required. Furthermore, the AV instructs the installation team with specifics regarding the change, and stays primary contact until the change request is closed. The change coordinator takes an active role in communicating to the customer, prioritising requests, and delivery of our services within the SLA.

Need to have:

  • The Change coordinator has excellent organisational and communicative capabilities on a MBO+/HBO level.
  • Good knowledge of office automation software and hardware
  • The change coordinator fluently speaks and writes in Dutch and English language
  • He/She works according to ITIL guidelines and principles
  • Is decisive, flexible, can work autonomously, is a good teamplayer, and has good analytical skills;
  • 5 year experience in a comparable job.
  • MCSA certified.
  • Able to work both on his own and in a team, and has showing an initiating attitude.
  • Is able to analyse complex change requests, and is able to understand the business requests in order to translate this into IT solutions that fit within the Océ IT architecture.
  • Ability to add value by developing the way of working in the A, O & I department

Nice to have:

  • MCSE certified
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix on administrator level
