Role:
We are looking for a Full time (40 hours a week) Technical Specialist with project management skills who will be working within the Shared Services Team. You will work on the banking and customer facing systems (Marketing Database and Campaign Management Solution) which are shared across the current operational banks. Your main role will be to support the continuing improvement in these customer facing applications in both functional and technical perspective. This means that your role will cover both project managing the releases and a technical liaison role where you can use your technical expertise and experience (architecture/design/interfaces) in conjunction with our external development partners, vendors and Bank Staff.
This role will rely on your development skills and technical experience and give you the basis to function as a technical project manager and system owner towards our partners and vendors. Secondly, you will be part of our team who will support our countries with the usage of our FEE applications. As part of your job you could be requested to work on the start-up of future direct banks.
You could also be asked to support our Associate banks at their local offices on occasions and to perform part of your activities outside European office hours and weekends.
Profile:
Required knowledge:
MUST: Knowledge of software development methods and release/project
organization in complex environments.
MUST: Knowledge of technology background in Web/customer facing related
technologies
o .NET framework
o Web services
o MS SQL (database and SQL queries)
o Solid understanding of relational database models
o Application design
o Web architecture and interfaces
Preferably knowledge of scrum/agile methodology
A strong analytical and logic way of thinking
Required experience:
At least 5 years of experience in a technology background (developer/designer/architect)
