Having a deep understanding about SAP CRM's standard capabilities
Prepare and conduct global blueprint workshops in order to define
o Global to-be business processes
o Global to-be solution
Being able to judge and answer immediately within workshops and meetings whether the mentioned business requirements can be fulfilled with SAP CRM Standard or not
(development or modification required)
Design global to-be business processes based upon SAP CRM standard
o Sales quotation
o Pricing
o Sales contract (volume/quantity)
o Sales order (standard, free-of-charge, third party, make-to/assemble-to, engineer-to)
o Return order
o Credit and debit memo request
Design global to-be solution based upon SAP CRM standard
o Sales quotation
o Pricing (set-up in SAP ECC, download and compilation in SAP CRM)
o Sales contract (volume/quantity)
o Sales order (standard, free-of-charge, third party, make-to/assemble-to, engineer-to)
o Return order
o Credit and debit memo request
o Integration to SAP ECC (Middleware, product,
Guide and develop junior consultants
Review the blueprint documents created by junior consultants
