Skills Required:
Excellent understanding of WebSphere Application Server (Extended Deployment-6.x), Virtual Enterprise-7.0), 8.x minimum of 5 years Internet based experience
Excellent understanding of TeaLeaf CEM
Excellent understanding of SOA/SOLA products
Excellent understanding of MKS Products
Excellent understanding of Autonomy(Interwoven) Content Mgmt products
A level of understanding of WebSphere Message Broker, Partner Gateway products
Excellent Ksh, Perl Scripting knowledge
Excellent JACL Scripting knowledge,
Excellent Jython Scripting knowledge
Knowledge of various Web Servers(IHS, SunOne, Apache)
Strong Server and network troubleshooting skills
Excellent Team work/communication skills
Ability to determine true RCA and recommend permanent solutions
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrate leadership skills during troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Unix (AIX 6.1, Solaris 10, etc), Linux (Redhat, zLinux, etc), and Windows /NT) with a minimum 5 years of Internet based experience
Strong knowledge of J2EE applications and the J2EE specification as it relates to infrastructure and deployments of applications.
Strong Negotiation and conflict management skills
