Operational Re-engineering Manager - Lean, Banking. My Blue Chip Banking client is looking for an experienced Operational Re-engineering Manager to support corporate operations in shaping, combining and progressing a future state controls framework. To successfully manage and deliver end to end improvements to key support systems and operational processes using Project Management and process improvement techniques eg Lean. You will also contribute to the development of target designs for key processes, across channels, customers and people. Supporting the implementation and execution of re-design/engineered processes to BAU and follow through into post implementation measure of success. The ideal candidate will have a banking background and be able to hit the ground running.
