The Company
Robert Half Management Resources is currently working with an established Peterborough business that are currently looking for a Interim Financial Accountant for an initial period of 3 months with the potential for this to extend for a further 3 months.
The Role
You will take responsibility for the preparation of the statutory accountants inline with UK GAAP and IFRS regulations, You will have strong IFRS, Reporting, Statutory and Consolidations experience. You will be in charge of the preparation of the annual reports & group consolidations as well as being able to complete tasks in timely fashion to set deadlines you will also need to insure company compliance is maintained.
The Person
This vacancy will suit a seasoned professional contractor, with a strong technical skills and a proven background of reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP. You must be Qualified (ACCA or ACA) to apply for this role and have a excellent knowledge of VAT and Tax computations. You will ideally have prior experience in the completion of statutory accounts within a large PLC. You must be comfortable working off your own initiative and be able to hit the ground running.
Salary & Benefits
Up to £300 on a Ltd company basis.
