My Banking Client is looking for an Operations Manager to work within a Specialist Complaints Operation.

The roleholder will be responsible for leading the operations team to deliver complaint resolutions to the Bank's customers.

Experience of managing Complaint Handling Operations is therefore essential along with other operational and customer service roles.

FPC/CEFA qualifications would be preferred as this is a key qualification for the Operational teams members.

Knowledge of FSA compliance requirements is necessary, as is previous experience working in a heavily regulated environment.
