Multinational client in Dublin City is looking for an experienced C developer for an initial 6 month contract
The C Developer will work within their Technology team to convert existing server-based algorithms into lightweight versions capable of running on Apple iOS smartphones and tablets.
The original algorithms were developed in Matlab and C/C++ and process face and voice samples captured on the mobile device, using the phone's cameras and microphones. Strong quantitative and mathematical skills will be required to work alongside the original algorithm developers to migrate the complex functionality and image processing techniques used by the algorithms to the mobile platform.
The C Developer is expected to have strong experience implementing mathematical-based functionality in C, have some experience or keen interest in developing for the Apple iOS mobile platforms, and possess the flexibility and desire to learn new technologies.
