Senior Powercenter Developer - Looking for very robust developer to implement batch and Real Time interfaces and transformations into and out of Informatica MDM 9.1 and Legacy applications.Responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining new and existing ETL maps into/from SAP and other applications.
  •  Work with business users to clarify ETL requirements and business rules.  Act as a team lead and architect with excellent understanding of Informatica tools architecture and EAI architecture.
  •  Document all ETL related specs, design and development.
  •  Support GIS projects, data migrations, etc. Serve as the first line of support internally for Informatica issues including PowerCenter and IDQ.
  •  Troubleshoot, resolve bugs, optimize, and tune ETL where needed.
  •  Review and recommend the appropriate Informatica architecture configuration. Put in place ETL best practices and mentor junior developers.
  • Mandatory strong ETL experience using Informatica PowerCenter (Repository Manager, Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Mappings, Mapplets, Transformations).
  • Experience in integration of various data sources like Oracle, SQL Server, Flat Files, DB2, XML files, Teradata, and MQ Series.
  •  Basic hands-on experience with the Informatica B2B Data Transformation product a plus
  •  Strong Address Doctor experience

Desirable Skills

  • Strong Experience with master data systems in general
  • Strong test methods, planning skills, good communication skills.
  • Experience with stress and performance testing tools.  Subversion and HP Quality Center
  • MDM Hub and IDD experience is a strong plus
  • Interface experience to/from SAP
  • Oracle/SQL
  • Java
  • Performance tuning Powercenter objects
  • GIS Integration (eg ESRI/Google maps)
  • Unix (Shell Scripting)
