Introduction
The sector Manufacturing & Logistics within the Twin Scan Factory (TF) is responsible for both the production and the installation of wafer steppers and scanners, including the planning and logistics. The entire production of the most advanced machinery, takes place within this sector.
Job Description
Reception: There for ensuring that materials from cleaning time in the work center come. Identifying and communicating misstatements, both in number, 12nc, quality and purity. Action to abnormalities resolved.
Inventory management:
Managing the stock locations in the work center and staging area (after cleaning). The books in stock and publishing modules. Ensure proper inventory accuracy. Identifying and correcting deviations and controlling disapprove. Troubleshooting: Solving deficits, picking errors and incorrect deliveries in cooperation with the Helpdesk of the Warehouse and Production Planner, etc.
Administration:
Administrative processing transactions such as receiving materials from Cleaning the Production Order, the books of material to and from Analysis and Fault Locations. Reporting of deviations and taking corrective and preventive actions. Analyzing shortages and ensure that work centers zrogen the latest information received.
Return:
The return of empties.
Ensuring the proper packaging and the dropping off of the return materials.
Defect:
Defect material correctly and quickly. Correctly and quickly sending back obsolete/defective material to the warehouse. Controlling kit order and outputting a second trigger: orders placed for materials from the warehouse to call and arrive at the appropriate work center.
Knowledge transfer:
Gaining and transmit relevant knowledge of new and existing processes and security aspects to other in the work center and especially the backup. Colleagues point to the correct use of the logistic systems.

Vocational or higher, LBO not sufficient

Affinity with high tech.
Experience with SAP is a must other ERP systems is not enough!
Independent, proactive, responsibility, team player, good communication skills, customer (internal and external), stress resistant, flexible.
Context of the positioning
The owner of this position reports to the Team Leader Material Handling and works closely with the following sections: Material Ordering, Warehousing, Production Planning, Customer Service Logistics.

Work experience;
IMPORTANT NOTE: Candidates with experience in warehouse only to be rejected. The focus is now on MH admin aspects, quickly switch punctual and precise work even under pressure. Candidates who have done such production planning in a small business would fit perfectly in this function. Transportation Planners etc not. Candidates must really have experience in Logistics! The function has a physical aspect, but the focus on new candidates is now more on administrative/process coordination tasks. Physical aspect remains a part of the job!
