Description
Responsibilities- Assists in the development and maintenance of network communications.
- Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks.
- Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.
- Uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
SKILLS
Must have skills are: Aspect ACD (9.3), Aspect UAD, Aspect UIP, Witness Voice Recording, and AT&T Route-It. Must have Call Center Support experience. May require a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
