Description
RESPONSIBILITIES- Document business process flows with expected SLAs for mobility inventory processes.
- Analyze and identify inefficiencies in existing mobility business processes, design better processes to solve the inefficiencies, and get buy-in from participants to adopt the new processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory of the Company's IT-owned mobile devices and accessories.
- Manage the device spare pool inventory and reordering process, based on weekly reports of the current status of all of the Company's IT-owned devices and accessories.
- Manage the follow up of personnel who have not installed AirWatch on their devices.
- Follow up with users who use/install AirWatch on their personal devices, which is in violation of Company policy.
- Evaluate and respond to requests for iPads from those not clearly qualified to receive them.
- Maintain integrity of inventory of returned devices by business unit.
- Ensure that devices issued to employees who terminate from the Company are retrieved and returned to IT's spare pool inventory.
- Monitor turnaround on iPad requests and ensure that they are meeting SLAs for that user group.
- Monitor turnaround on iPads in Apple Care and ensure that they are returned to the Company within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure that the Company's mobile device and accessory inventory in specific unit is identified and separated from other inventory.
SKILLS
Must have extreme attention to detail and experience redesigning and documenting business processes. Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, with all levels of the organization are required. Persistence in following up on open items needed. Must take personal accountability for finding answers and information and fixing process problems. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a must. Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and Vision required. Mobility experience preferred.
