Description
Responsibilities- Provide fulfillment of requests from business partners related to user account provisioning and access administration management in accordance with defined policies, standards and procedures.
- Work through a backlog of security access requests as well as new requests.
SKILLS
- Must be a quick learner who can absorb
- The required processes quickly and work heads down completing security requests.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently but ask questions when necessary is required. Good customer service and communications skills are essential, as this person will be interacting with clients.
Technical Skills required:
- User provisioning in an AD environment; User rights assignment; Active Directory
