Description
We are currently seeking a Cisco Project Manager for a 6 month+ contract position in Lawrenceville, GA. Individual must be very proficient with Cisco Routers and Switches.
Skills/Experience:
Individual will be planning and implementing Cisco switch replacements closet by closet. So they have to document current configurations and cable layout. They then have to create comparable configurations on the new Switches. They have to coordinate with departments that are going to be affected by the downtime incurred during the transition. They will have to manage a cabling vendor who will be re-cabling to the new Switches to make sure everything goes back correctly.
And there will be other troubleshooting tasks that will be assigned to this person in addition to this project.
