CRES PM / BA - London - Banking - ContractOne of the leading global Investment Bank have an urgent requirement for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to come on board and assist them with a number of projects that they are currently undertaking within their Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES). You will be responsible for the IT delivery of a system that is going to track their global foot print across a number of sites and assist them with the rapid growth that they have scheduled towards the back end of 2013, you will be facing off to the business and 3rd party services that my client use. This is a contract offering an initial 6 month contract. You will be based full time in London.
To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
- Project Management
- Business Analysis Experience
- Banking is highly beneficial
- Corporate Real Estate Experience (CRES, CSRE)
- IT Project Delivery
- Strong IT Knowledge
- Good Communication Skills
- Vast Stakeholder Management
- Managed Services Interaction Like CBRE
