An excellent contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Analyst to join an organisation based in Ipswich. Your main responsibilities will be managing the Outlook mailbox, logging calls from inbound Outlook emails into a SupportWorks call logging system, assigning computers to Microsoft SCCM collections, assigning computers in Active Directory and assigning computers in Kaspersky Admin Console. To be successful in this role you will need to be familiar with Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, Outlook, Excel and Kaspersky.
