Responsibilities
  • Maintain databases & create reports to give visibility to several project-related activities.
  • Produce daily or twice weekly report showing open PO and EPL
  • Anticipate ad hoc requests for info when during massive releases
  • Create weekly report with detail on projects that are overpriced, overdue and upcoming milestones
  • Compose weekly report with standard way of looking at transfers
  • Generate monthly report showing upcoming milestones (pay points) vs. forecast
  • Perform analysis to understand variances of forecast to actual project costs
  • Create templates for monthly variance analysis - improvements/mods
  • Continuously maintain master project list showing POE/POR/POD to avoid issues with old project numbers
  • Act as Master PTN creator - eliminate issues with company codes due to elimination/consolidations
  • Generate EPL receiving report
  • Assist with ad hoc requests

SKILLS

Advanced MS Access and Excel skills are required. Must have Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience (5-10 years). Expertise across the MS Office Suite is essential, especially in Access, Excel, and Word. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills. Oracle skills are required. Prior financial analysis experience is needed. Project Management experience is preferred.
