The contract is with a large consultancy to be on assignment to a major European site in The Hague Netherlands as follows:-

The consultant through which the consultancy services will be provided will carry out the following tasks:

-Perform test analysis, design and execution of functional and technical tests related to the validation of the new EAS solution, based on the existing solution requirements and high level technical architecture, using testing tools amongst others HP Quality Center & QuickTest Professional and MS Team Foundation Server
-Write/maintain test scripts for manual and automated testing
-Creation of representative test data
-Support developers in unit testing activities

Requirements:

-Good working knowledge of English (min. level B2[1])
-Professional experience:- a minimum of 6 years experience in various areas of software testing; a minimum of 5 years experience in design and execution of functional and non-functional test cases including transferring of requirements into test designs; a minimum of 5 years experience in finding, documenting, managing and re-testing defects; a minimum of 3 years experience in using automated testing tools, test management tools and defect- tracking systems; a minimum of 1 year of experience in systems integration testing;

Desirable:

-1 year of experience in automation of Unit or API tests; 1 year of experience using the following tools:; HP Quality Center; Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (for defect management); 1 year of experience in automated test data generation incl. test data management; 1 year of experience in programming VBScript with HP QuickTest Professional (Functional Tester).
