On behalf of my FTSE 100 Insurance client I am looking to recruit a Secretary for a 2 month assignment based in Craigforth.

Start: ASAP
Duration: 2 month cover
Hours: 35 hours per week

Experience/Knowledge:
*Sound Knowledge of IT software packages including word, Excel, PowerPoint & Lotus Notes
*One-two years of secretarial experience, preferably in a Financial Services environment
*Diary Management
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal
*Confidence at dealing with People at all levels, both internal and external
*Capable of working under pressure, acting on own initiative
*Flexible working style
*Good organisational and administrative skills
*Ability to work in a team environment
*Willingness to learn
*Be confident in expressing own views, values, and beliefs with enthusiasm, energy and conviction.
