Ihre Aufgaben:
- The centralized scheduling analyst role will be responsible for scheduling users to be migrated onto the Windows 7 platform.
- This will include sending emails communications; telephoning end users to confirm details and reporting progress and metrics.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular SharePoint & Excel
- Good analytical & communication skills
- Organized: Time Management & ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Team Player
- Able to work of their own initiative
- Task and Process Orientation
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- German and English
