My client a leading Global Bank based inCanaryWharfcurrently seek a Senior Reward Manager/Head of Reward, k.

As this organisation goes through a major investment into their Reward and Performance function this is an excellent opportunity to help shape the future of the compensation and benefits policy and procedure bringing strategic innovation to the table and driving through to implementation.

Heading up a small team you will drive the design and implementation of commercial strategies and programmes. Key deliverables will include:
  • Provide expert advice to HR and senior business stakeholders sustaining effective partnerships
  • Advocate Group Performance & Reward strategy
  • Support the creation of business line compensation structures and incentive plans and manage local benefits
  • Communicate and provide strategic advice for performance management and compensation particularly in regards to senior executive population
  • Project manage key performance and reward initiatives
  • Support and provide quality assurance of pay review process


This is a challenging role working on a truly global scale where you will help to drive a meritocractic performance-driven culture shifting the approach to compensation management.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
  • Strong Compensation & Reward background with proven experience operating at the Senior Manager/Head of Level
  • Ideally Financial Services experience
  • International experience in a complex matrix organisation
