This growing UK wide client is looking for a Systems Administrator to join their IT team.

You will be responsible for the management of my client's operational systems. You will also need to provide local Network support at times and assist users with operational IT issues.

Management and Production of Quality User documentation will also be necessary, as will user training in the relevant systems. Some developer support skills would also be an advantage.

The key skills and experience include:
  • System Management of Operational Systems (Accellos, RAMP, QPulse)
  • End User Training
  • Preparation and Maintenance of Reynolds User Documentation.
  • Preparation and Maintenance Business Process Maps, Workflows, etc.
  • IT Service Delivery & Support (Help Desk)
  • SharePoint Environment Support
  • Management & Maintenance of IT Policies, IM File Plans etc.
  • IT Service Delivery & Support (Help Desk)


The Preferred Skills would include:

Experience of managing complex Software Systems, crafting of user documentation in line with business processes etc.

SQL and MS Report Manager/SharePoint development skills a distinct advantage.

Some basic Network operations experience would be an advantage also.

The role is focused on Business Systems Management but also requires some day to Network and End-User computing support activities. The System manager would also be required to deliver end user training in a variety of Operational Systems.
