Our client in the Cleveland area has an immediate need for staff augmentation to provide operational support for our Identity

Management systems. This will be a six month contract. The primary focus of this team member will be tasks related to incident response and customer support. There may be off hours work required.

The candidate will primarily be focused on providing level 2 support including ticket resolution for our client's ID related issues.

The Identity Management system is comprised of several disparate but integrated systems, including Sun One LDAP, Oracle databases, Kerberos and Active Directory.   Our client is also a Google Apps customer so the Identity Management system integrates with Google as well. There are many tools in use to troubleshoot issues when they arise. Some tools are web based and some are command line driven.

This individual will have access to sensitive identity information. This role is considered a position of trust and the individual filling this role will be required to submit to a background check. This individual must also complete our client's security training.

The candidate will also be required to use a our client's computer that will be managed and monitored.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills.
a. Proven skills in problem solving within complex systems.
b. High comfort level using Linux/Unix CLI tools.
c. Basic system admin skills.
d. Experience modifying LDAP data.
e. Understanding of Kerberos
f. Experience using Oracle databases
g. Good oral and written communication and customer support skills.
h. Good documentation skills
