Six Month Contract - Maternity Cover


The purpose of this role within the Client's UK Marketing & Business Development is to provide Marketing expertise, knowledge and support to develop and execute Marketing Plans for live Sales Campaigns.
The development and execution of these Marketing Plans will be central to the role, requiring the Marketing Manager to work alongside the Campaign Team to develop a plan which will include the generation of key messages, development of marketing channels (visits, exhibitions, trade and open press, etc.) and execution of the plan.
The role will be a central part of the Marketing & Business Development team locally, working alongside the Brand Communications team in developing enhanced brand awareness, contributing to overall business development opportunities and business cases from the Marketing stand-point, integrating all Marketing tools and activities across the business to ensure a coordinated and coherent view is attained for Client in the market place - including measuring the success of these activities.
This role will ensure generic tasks to support the delivery of the worldwide strategy.


Define a Marketing strategy for the Company in theUK that supports and integrates into the wider strategy and positions the Company correctly across its various markets and portfolio....
Gather market intelligence and competitor data to ensure competitive positioning and differentiation of Client in the market.
Create, ensure implementation of and report on relevant Marketing plans to help achieve campaign objectives, negotiating with internal and external stakeholders to create buy-in and improved value/cost ratio.
Build, inspire and develop the Company Marketing effort for a given Market Segment and contribute to the worldwide Marketing implementation.
Provide direction in the creation and Management of the Cleint's Marketing portfolio and its associated tools - visits, presentations, website/Intranet, exhibitions, advertising, sponsorships, conferences, collateral, hospitality including updating relevant policies, and gaining necessary approval when required


Introduce new ideas, methods or processes to improve marketing performance and contribute towards the organisation's worldwide success; keeping up to date with Marketing Best Practice and new Marketing Communications techniques.
Ensuring that maximum value is derived from Marketing activities, Customer contacts and events.
Contribute to the Companies Business relationships with strategic partners.
Contribute to the creation of the Marketing Plans for Priority 1 or strategically important Campaigns.


Experienced in B2B Marketing
Understanding in IT and Cyber Security business
Team player
Creativity and analytical skills
Ability to organize and execute a Marketing plan in time, quality and budget
Good communicator
