Our client, a top tier investment bank, is looking for a senior Compliance Officer with a solid understanding of current regulatory requirements impacting the following business areas:
- M&A
- Equity Capital Markets
- Corporate Broking
The role will involve drafting policies and procedures for both the Compliance team and for the business lines. Furthermore, the candidate will be expected to provide relevant advice according to FSA 'Conduct of Business' rules, as well as 'UK Takeover Panel Rules'.
