Description
Responsibilities- Acts like an external consultant stepping in to evaluate process documentation and standardize across the multiple LOBs that Statistics Infrastructure supports.
- Provides mapping of current processes or systems, iterative problem definition and building documentation regarding reaction "playbooks," and hypothesized improvement opportunities.
SKILLS
BANKING/FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Must have superb Quantitative & Analytical Skills and excellent strategic application of experience. Demonstrated experience supporting business process improvement projects is needed. Must have experience using SIPOC analysis, process maps, and RACI, Six Sigma or other related methodologies. Experience working with statisticians desired, but not required.
