ITIL Support Analyst

Our client, an Investment Bank, in the GTA area is currently looking for a full time, permanent employee with ITIL certification to work for their trading technology support team as an Application Support Analyst. Salary is approx 90-115k. No relocation assistance is available.

The successful candidates will have at least 2 years experience working in a similar application support role in the financial industry. You will be responsible for Incident management, problem management, Change management, Service level management, Capacity management, Continuity management and troubleshooting. Shift hours will be from 12pm-8pm. You must be familiar with unix/linux and a database such as SQL.
