My client in Nigeria is seeking a BSWA and BN SSPL, Wells & Subsurface Systems Integration and Technical Interface Lead. It would be on a highly rewarding 12 months contract on a 6x2 rotation.

Purpose:

The BSWA / BN SSPL, Wells & Subsurface Systems Integration and Technical Interface Lead will report directly to the BSWA / BN Systems Integration and Technical Interface Coordinator.

* He/She will be responsible for ensuring that all technical interfaces and systems integration in the BSWA SSPL, Wells & Subsurface scope are properly managed.
* He/she will lead and coordinate BSWA SSPL, Wells & Subsurface scope activities from a technology/ overall systems integration viewpoint.

Accountabilities:

Ensure all technical interfaces, consistency in technical definition across board within the SSPL, Wells & Subsurface scope.
* Coordinate and manage technical interfaces across the SSPL, Wells & Subsurface scope, and also with the BN project to ensure that synergies for SSPL & Wells systems replication are maximized across both projects in ways that optimize cost, time, quality and operability.
* Manage the embedding of HSSE into SSPL, Wells & Subsurface scope systems integration & technical interface work performance driving for no harm to people or the environment & Flawless Project Delivery (FPD).

Education and Qualifications:

The applicant should have a BSc in Engineering and at least 12 years of experience working in the area of offshore oil & gas development including 10 years of FPSO with subsea system related engineering experience in systems integration and technical interface management lead role.
* Proven track record of having successfully delivered, or been a key contributor to the delivery of at least one large deepwater subsea project (>$500 million) from a systems integration & technical interface standpoint.
* Strong HSE commitment and demonstrated HSE leadership skills.
* Broad knowledge and experience of Project Management techniques, tools and practices.
* Solid background in all aspects of EP project execution including design, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and start-up.
