My client a leading financial services organisation is looking for two new people to join their team in an ongoing assignment. One position will be a bit more senior talking to the business while the other is purely an administrator role, however both positions are very hands on and both will be doing System Administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing expert services in relation to implementing, managing, operating and supporting BPM Lombardi v7, FileNet Content Engine on WebSphere Application Server.

As such, the role will see you:

  • Evaluate and assist in the implementation of Lombardi and FileNET using WebSphere Application Server as well as support project delivery groups to ensure that infrastructure standards are followed.
  • Provide specialised 2nd/3rd level support and technical assistance as well as completing weekly progress reports against project plans
  • Assist in training other project staff in BPM
  • Maintain IBM Lombardi 7.x and FileNET P8 environments on WebSphere 7.x and AIX platforms as well as troubleshoot issues and problems.
  • Support users, software vendors, application support personnel and DBA's with any issues as well as assisting with application designs and implementations.
  • Investigate and configure Firewall rules and assist in the set up of user/groups.
  • Deploy and maintain Lombardi, FileNET onto all environments.

You will bring to the role:

  • Solid experience in an Administrative capacity in one or more of following:
    • Lombardi (Any Version) or IBM BPM 7.5 and above experience
    • Lombardi Process and Integration Designer Experience - desirable
    • FileNET(CE) P8 - deirable
    • FileNET Content Navigator - desirable
    • FileNET CE bulk Import tool - Desirable
    • WebSphere Application Server
    • MQ messaging - Desirable
    • CMIS and ECM connectivity and adaptors
  • Able to work in both a team environment as well independently, to proactively identify problems and find solutions.
  • Strong experience in a highly technical administration role, preferably in production support
  • Experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment incorporating planning, implementation, operational management, configuration and maintenance
  • Experience in complex clustered environments
