7+ years experience Software Engineering experience, including 6+ years experience working in a Quality Assurance testing environment. Team lead experience. Expertise in formal software testing methodologies. Integration testing. Conformance testing. Module and Functional testing. Conduct document inspections & reviews. Scripting and automated software testing tools. 6+ years experience working with Mercury Test Director, WinRunner, and LoadRunnertesting tools.
Strong understanding of platforms (UNIX experience preferred).
Strong programming knowledge.
Remedy (Incident Tracking and Reporting tool) knowledge preferred.
Strong Cellular industry knowledge.
Required Interpersonal Skills:
Strong leadership skills.
Strong understanding of software processes, documentations skills, analytical and problem resolution skills, technical writing skills for creating test related documents, control and follow-up skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, conflict resolution skill, support Project Management Process, project planning tools experience (ie, NIKU Workbench)
