Java and Ruby developers needed in Atlanta. We are looking for Sr. level candidates, and they must have Agile and paired programming experience, and they will need to outline this experience in their resumes. Thank you very much.
Sr. Java or Ruby Developer:
Looking for the following things in a candidate:
Motivated, the way you can tell is how involved is he/she with software development outside of work
Problem solver, can they come up with solutions, have they accomplished hard development goals, have they led other engineers..
People skills, do they have good communication skills, are they good with working in agile rooms and value collaboration with other team members.
MUST BE Senior level
Excellent communication skills
Java or Ruby/Rails BUT must be Sr.
Motivated (they love to learn)
Problem Solvers (they can implement simple exercises in our interview via Join.me screen sharing)
People Skills (very good communication skills)
Work in a highly collaborative environment (Agile environment, we do pair programming)
Java or Ruby/Rails, but must be a senior engineer or better.
Technologies include: Java, Struts, Tomcat, MySQL, DB2, in the future they can help us on different platforms
