The organisation has signed off a high level approach to each of these activities. With a particular focus on workforce planning. The post will work in conjunction with the key stakeholders across the agency to develop a 3-5 year workforce plan. We now need someone to develop the processes required to incorporate into business as usual. We also need analytical skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to particular Resourcing challenges such as the recruitment of business analysis, project managers and procurement specialists. We need someone with experience of workforce modelling.

My client requires experienced HR professionals with the ability to quickly establish credibility in a demanding environment. Self starters and able to multi task, the people we need must be comfortable working in an environment where heavy duty Project Management is the norm. We need people with the ability both to see the big picture and display excellent attention to detail. Stakeholder engagement is particularly important as is flexibility of approach

A successful track record is essential including evidence of delivering great results against challenging deadlines in a complex environment. Sound judgement is also important including the ability to provide professional advice based on a measured assessment of risks.

In summary we are looking for hybrids. People who are comfortable in the world of Programme Management but equally, who are prepared to "roll their sleeves up"
