Activities:
We are looking for an energetic finance professional, able to analyze complex financial products and business processes - this in order to enhance and improve the banks Listed & OTC clearing capability, margin and broker fee management.
Knowledge, experience and skills:
Detailed knowledge of derivatives trading and clearing.
Experience of working directly with traders and supporting Front and Mid office staff.
Ability to work independently, be pro-active and take ownership of issues and project tasks.
Proven experience in requirements gathering and process analysis including workshops/user meetings one-on-one and in a group.
Sensitivity to control and risk.

Strong communication skills (towards peers, managers and business users)

Your profile:
Finance University degree or equivalent by experience.
At least 5 years experience in the financial sector.
GFM Front Office and/or Front Office GFM IT working experience.
Excellent English communication and good interpersonal skills.
