Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
The role of the Win7 projectlead is to prepare the Win7 rollout program:
* Work with business departments to Identify Users and PCs to migrate to Win7
* Identify PCs and Laptops to replace
* Identify training plans, service requirements, ...
* Work with business users and IT to identify Win7 application readiness
* Work with and Support the Global Win7 program team
* Complete full demandplanning worksheets and discuss with Win7 Implementation teams
* Create awareness of the Win7 program within the business
* Potentially coordination and spoc for the Win 7 deployment phase
Hands on work and coordination skills required. Excelllent communication skills are required.
