We are looking for an ICT Service Desk to start ASAP to a Services' Company in Brussels

Location: Brussels
Description:
You will be in charge of:
- Answering to incidents & service requests for technical assistance in face to face, by phone or e-Mail;
- Diagnosing and resolving technical HW & SW issues;
- Researching questions via existing or available resources;
- Advising user for appropriate actions;
- Following procedures & Logging all helpdesk interactions;
- Identifying & escalating situations depending.
Required skill set:
- Experience in Support of End-Users on Windows environment (Server, Desktop, Laptop or Smartphones);
- Experience in MS Office 2007, MS Exchange 2010, AD, Windows XP & 7;
- Experience in Terminal Services & Citrix;
- Customer service oriented;
- Analytical & problem solving abilities;
- Attention to details & organized.

- French: Fluent
