We are looking for an ICT Service Desk to start ASAP to a Services' Company in Brussels

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Location: Brussels

Description:
You will be in charge of:

  • Answering to incidents & service requests for technical assistance in face to face, by phone or e-Mail;
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical HW & SW issues;
  • Researching questions via existing or available resources;
  • Advising user for appropriate actions;
  • Following procedures & Logging all helpdesk interactions;
  • Identifying & escalating situations depending.

Required skill set:

  • Experience in Support of End-Users on Windows environment (Server, Desktop, Laptop or Smartphones);
  • Experience in MS Office 2007, MS Exchange 2010, AD, Windows XP & 7;
  • Experience in Terminal Services & Citrix;
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Analytical & problem solving abilities;
  • Attention to details & organized.

Language:

  • French: Fluent
  • Dutch: Fluent
  • English: Asset
