SAP Warehouse Management Fucntional Consultant
I am currently looking for SAP WM specialists to join our none corporate client in Rome Italy. The engagement is with one of the largest global charity organisations who need support from one functional consultants. You will find the project description below. The information is about the entire project thus the specialist we are looking for does not need to be technical, we have already an ABAP Specialist.
Project Specification
Duties and Responsibilities:
The SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System) Technical Consultant will work on Barcoding Project supporting the Functional and Technical Design, Realization and Test of the SAP WMS custom functionalities required to map in SAP WMS the new processes and report.
Some specific tasks include:
- Supporting the Business Analyst and Functional Consultant during the Business Meeting in order to understand better the Business logic to be implemented in the SAP developments.
- Reading Functional Specs, Writing Technical Specs and Developing the technical design of the required SAP developments.
- Development and/or maintenance of SAP procedures and reports developed with the SAP standard tools.
- Modification of existing SAP routines and tables necessary to support the new procedures, following the specifications from the SAP Business and Functional Analysts.
- Good Skills in copying SAP standard and even complex Report to create new report to adapt it to the Business requirements.
- Support project team during the test, Cut-Over and Go-Live phases.
Other duties as required.
- The SAP Technical Analyst & Developer will work in the OSTT Development team under the supervision of the Business Analysts.
Qualifications/Profile
The SAP Technical Analyst & Developer should have:
- Specialised expertise in SAP Technical Design and SAP Developments under the SAP Logistics Execution System (LES) and in particular, in Warehouse Management System (WMS) area.
The following technical skills with the SAP development tools are mandatory:
- Good skill and experience in building SAP RF custom transactions.
- Experience to design, realize and print Handling Unit labels with barcode.
- Experience dealing with Zebra Printers.
