Our client, a large multinational organisation, is looking for an experienced IT technician to come in and join their team in a service desk support capacity. This is an initial six month contract, with view to extension beyond that.
Our client is looking for someone with experience in this field. Someone who has dealt with various technical desktop issues, services outages and backup failures etc. Predominantly support on technical incidents will be done through the Windows environments - specifically XP and W7. The role will also include security administration and monitoring.
Experience Required:
Software - MS Windows, Mobile Technologies, Anti Virus, Lotus Notes, POS Systems.
Hardware - Desktops, Laptops and Printers.
