Description
In this position you will:-Responsible for preparing and analyzing trend reports on a weekly and monthly basis or as required.
-Prepare reports of complaint trends and presents outcome to management.
-Works with complaint teams across various international sites to investigate adverse trends or perform analysis for complaint investigations and CAPA Eligibility Requests.
-Ensures compliance with company's Quality System policies and procedures and applicable requirements and standards including FDA.
Preferred Skills-
-Understands basic principles, theories, concepts and techniques related to customer complaints.
-Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Excel and the utilization for data analysis.
-Familiarity with SQL and programming in Business Objects is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a Science field; with 9+ years of experience in data analysis and/or in a medical/regulated environment, or Master's Degree with 7+ years of experience.
