Description
Service Analyst, Banking,LondonOffice, £40 - 50kA tier 1 bank is currently looking for a Service Analyst to join their London Office in a permanent position looking to pay an annual wage of £40,000 - £50,000.
You will meet all of the following essential skills/experience:
- Global data analysis to understand business performance
- Ability to carry out root cause analysis to identify themes and trends
- Make recommendations/action plans to the Service Team to drive the business improvement
- Clear articulation of analysis through the use of Powerpoint and excel
- Coordination of the global capacity reporting for client services
- Involvement in the NPDD process and the global coordination
- Input in to regional/global change initiatives where necessary including documentation and workstream
- Work closely with functional areas to get a deep understanding of their business areas
Essential experience would include:
- Strong experience within business improvement and data analysis
- Strong business improvement / client service background
- Proven ability to prioritise competing demands
- Excellent analysis, design and problem solving skills
- Previous experience within a client service / business improvement role
- Experience of working within a large global organisation
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and priorities at any given time
- Outstanding written / verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain global relationships
- High degree of Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
