Description
This is a role that would be suitable for someone with strong Basel II/III knowledge. You will be joining the Capital Management and Optimisation team.
The successful candidate will be the initial point of contact for business regulatory queries relating to capital optimisation and planning and other adhoc capital queries.
You will also:
Provide capital forecasting and tracking of impact assessments of future regulatory change whether from the external market conditions; business strategy; regulatory 'rule' change (including FSA Quantitative Impact Surveys); internal risk models; new products; complex transactions (investments and divestments); and optimisation strategies etc.
* Work closely with other regulatory reporting teams to ensure constant feedback between the teams, thereby improving capabilities and understanding.
* Support Economic capital (value) assessment and development.
* Proactively manage stakeholder relationships creating strong partnerships across the business and finance to maximise the quality of input and output to the capital forecasting process.
