Description
Purpose (English):
Work hand in hand with the Solution Owners for Customer in order to meet the Demand for all process related enhancements and Projects.
Responsibilities and Key Activities (English):
Actively help to design and deliver the technical solutions that are agreed. Document the changes we make. Contribute to maintaining the integrity of our Process Solutions in Customer.
* Current Projects:
- SAP consolidation: support the reconciliation, end to end testing, cut over
- Follow-up work Orders: specs-development-rollout
- Support interfaces between SAP and KONE CRM and Tendering tools
* Future Projects:
- Harmonization (BE, FR, IT, SE, NO, FI, DK, UK)
- SAP Roadmap implementation SW and MX
Skills, Education and Experience (English):
Understanding of Customer, Maintenance and Delivery Processes
Must have strong inter-personal skills and be able to interact within an international team
Stress resistant
Ability to work on several projects/activities in parallel
Analytical thinking
Good knowledge of SAP (mainly SD and Master data), data model and interfaces
Fluent in English
Educational background: University degree (preferably Computer Sc.)
Experience with CRM is a +
Travel around 30%
