Description
Our client is looking for several experienced (3-5+ years) QA Analysts who have participated on a team transitioning from Manual to increased Automated testing. This position will be 50/50 Manual and Automated testing, as the team gradually increases to Automation testing. This 6-12 month project-based position will be testing EMR solutions which will be sold commercially, so experience testing commercially sold products is a huge plus. This position is primarily focused on feature testing, regression testing, conversion testing, and other software testing needs. This position will work closely with the development team to deliver solutions according to quality and deadlines
Required Skills:
- Experience with both Manual (3+ years) and Automated (2+ years) Testing (evaluating/testing changes, creating test scenarios/scripts)
- Leadership experience helping developers/testers adjust to new methodologies. (ex: manual to automated)
- Agile experience - continuous integration (test as soon as it's coded)
- 3+ years Database experience (any databases, SQL and MySQL are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to coordinate with designers and developers through transition from manual to automated
