I have an urgent Contract Firmware Engineer requirement with a Global leading Defence Engineering Company.
My client is looking for a Contract Firmware Engineer with an experience of writing and implementing VHDL solutions to FPGA's for military application. You will become an integral part of a dynamic, experienced team of technically excellent engineers working on the most exciting projects in the defence sector.
The suitable candidate will have these responsibilities:
*Integration of implemented algorithms and design
*Production of high quality design, development and apply artefacts and documentation for submission to evaluation.
*Support to technical activities
Required skills:
*VHDL design experience for FPGA design
*ModelSim experience
*VHDL simulation/test benches
*FPGA synthesis
*FPGA timing constraint experience
It is important that the ideal candidate has a proven track record of VHDL design and DSP for FPGAs with experience of VHDL design for military products.
