My client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking for a Sales Operations Manager for a 3-6 month contract based in London.

You will be working on a programme responsible for the development and delivery of a unique Benefits proposition. The complete employee benefits solution encompasses flexible benefits, pensions, investment, sharesave schemes, personal banking and financial education.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and interim staffing of the proposition's sales, sales support, corporate client on-boarding, and commercial teams.
  • Setting up processes and data management
  • Managing the agenda and input materials for the Deal Governance Forum and Client Development weekly meeting
  • Determination of a single sales environment to support pipeline reporting
  • Coordinating sales activity with relationship owners in Corporate and Investment Bank
  • Briefing and maintaining relationship with resourcing suppliers
  • On-boarding new joiners
  • Contributing to the hiring of, and handing over to, the permanent Business Manager

Candidates must have prior Financial Services experience, Retail Banking is very advantageous. Experience of similar programmes concerning employee benefits, pensions, saving schemes etc. would be ideal.
